When I Grow Up

When I grow up, I want to be a cosmetologist because I enjoy doing it. I practice all day long on my mannequin. I know I need to practice more because practice makes perfect.

 I want to do makeup because I love doing eyebrows, eyelashes, and the wing on the eye. I like to do lip liner and lip combos and put lip gloss or Chapstick on the lips. 

I love to do nails. I also love designing nails. I love cutting them into oval and square shapes. I love painting nails. I love gluing the nails on. Then I love adding glitter. 

I love doing curly hair, as well as French braiding and straightening hair. I love washing hair. And I love putting beads on the braids and doing edges. Out of everything, I really want to do hair. I love brushing hair to detangle it. My stepmom also does hair, so I know a lot about it. I’ve been wanting to do hair ever since I was 4 years old. 

When I grow up, I can’t wait to get people ready for prom and help them match their prom dresses!
